Would a college ever want me for sports?

okay, i am 5 6 and i weigh about 125 130. i love sports. i play football and wrestle,i play wide reciever and safety, i was born with cereberal palsy and im deaf. all my coaches say i have a very big heart and i never give up and i go 100% every play and match, my dream is to go college and play one of these sports, i am a c average student, would a d-3 college maybe take me since im not that big? i really want to know what colleges look for in sports as a player or wrestler
