Split routine home workout help?

this is a great routine to go nowhere your pretty much workout out the same muscle groups everyday just useing diferent excercises but still targeting same muscles and you need 1-2 days rest for each muslce groups so intead do chest one day then biceps and then shoulders and triceps what not then do legs yes this is a good way to rest cause training your legs your resting your upperbody however still getting a benfit and then start all over again but rember if you dont rest you dont get bigger
