Why do people think World of Warcraft is gay?

Lets say someone plays wow maybe an 1-2 hours day casually. Then someone who plays CoD 3+ hours a day and screams at the tv when he dies. What makes wow gay then? I know alot of people get all upset over it. But when has someone not gotten upset over CoD. I dont get it. I have quit playing wow. got way to expensive so you can refrain from saying i have no life or whatever hateful answers.
