I just got P90x from a friend and was wondering if I should do day one of all the categories in one day?

So my friend just gave me p90x and I want to do sculpting, abb crusher, and cardio but I was wondering if I should do the day one for all three of those on my first day trying p90x or if I should finish one category all the way then move on. My friend said that I should rotate each category every day . Can someone please help. Thank you I really appreciate it
