I am going to be a junior next year and my PR's are 30.38 for 200m and 14.39 for 100m. My goals to start indoor are 26 seconds for a 200 and 12.8 for a 100. Is it possible to achieve these goals? What should I do in the summer to achieve my goals? My coach did not give me a summer schedule. Please, if there are any coaches out there, can you send me a copy of your team's? I would be very glad if you did.
