Will you assess a rank beginner's first attempt at Standard Constructed?

You have too many one-ofs. If a card is necessary to your strategy, you need three if not four copies of the card in your deck. Your land count is way off. You have fourteen red cards and twenty-six green cards. Having your land split in half majorly reduces your chances of getting those forests when you need them. You might want to remove cards with a casting cost of three of the same mana if you are running two colors in your deck.
