Picture on facebook.. Should I be worried?

There is a picture of me that makes me look really scrawny (pool pic). I am actually quite muscular because I used to be scrawny and it was a huge self esteem crusher for me in the past. I am worried that people will see it and think I am scrawny again. Should I be worried because of a picture? Would you guys judge someone based on a picture? Be honest with me.
