How could I improve this workout?
time to prioritize. from what i can tell, your jumping all over the place. you need to focus on two muscle groups at a time. chest and tri's, back and bi's, legs by themselves. shoulders. the other problem i see....how long are you in the gym. an hour is more than sufficient. cardio is a half hour at least and should be done at the end of your workout. so....no, in my opinion your workout defeats what your trying to accomplish. large muscle groups first, then smaller ones after. 3 to 4 sets , 10 to 12 reps per set. try pyramid, or drop sets. good luck
