Coach hates me, should i still wish happy birthday and thank her for being a good coach?

everyone likes to be appreciated right? well today is my coaches birthday and im gonna say happy birthday to her on facebook but im not sure if i should thank her for being a great coach as well. the thing is, I dont think she likes me, and she yells stuff at me when i do it wrong like "you're insane":/ i do think she is an good coach and used to like our group (like last year). and also because im always the quiet one and dont talk much, and i suck at (the sport im doing), will she think im a try hard? :/
