Brown Off smelling discharge & other issues...?

Occassionally I have a brownish discharge which smells rather like balsamic vinegar... This is usually when i am having my period. I have had for 8 years and its only happened in the past year and a bit. Its not regular which is why i've never picked it up. I've a termination (7 weeks) (also had tests to see if i have clymidea and any other STI/D's Im clear) and my 2nd period after the termination was a few days ago. Since then my vagina has been feeling very raw outside and so too is the clitoris when attempted at stimulation. so i have a lot of discomfort. So im refraining from sex. Any ideas?
