Are these advertising websites to earn easy money actually true?

In my experience there's never been such a thing as easy money unless it's attained by illegal means so I would say those web sites and their schemes are nothing but cons. Somewhere in there will be conditions where you have to eventually pay some form of fee. I would say avoid them.
